With our beta trial now open to backers, you can be instrumental in helping Dominion Dating get off the ground!
By helping us, you very well may be helping yourself (and your future spouse) in the pursuit of marriage. By applying today, our backers (singles) can help us in two major ways:
Help grow our dating pool (network). Simply put we need a crowd! We need to show like-minded singles that they’ve come to the right place!
So far, 70+ backers have onboarded for our closed beta trial period. Let’s quadruple that over the next few weeks! Be sure to add some pics!
Help iron out the bugs. Send us your feedback. What’s working? What’s not? Good feedback helps us improve!
Navigating The Endorsement Process | Get Verified!
Right now, we’re still waiting to receive pastoral endorsements for approx. 35-40 unverified applicants.
As we work to iron out the endorsement process, there’s some things you can do to ensure that your account is verified in a timely manner:
Make sure there are no typos when you input your endorser’s email during the application process.
Give your endorser a courtesy notice (call, text, etc) before/after you apply:
“Hi [Pastor], I’ve applied to join a Christian Dating network called ‘Dominion Dating.’ They’ve emailed you a pastoral endorsement request. I’d greatly appreciate your help/support on this! It should take about 3 minutes! Make sure to check your spam! Let me know if have any questions. Thanks!”
If you have not been verified after three full week days (from applying), we recommend a tactful follow up with your endorser:
“Hi [Pastor], I just wanted to follow up and make sure you received the endorsement request from Dominion Dating. I sent it to [your.pastor@his.email.com] Is that the right email? If you don’t see it, you may need to check your spam. When you get a moment, I’d appreciate your help! It should take about 3 minutes. Thank you!”
If your endorser cannot find the endorsement request (after checking his email & spam) contact us. We can resend the email to him.

The short answer on who we accept as a valid pastoral endorsement:
The elders/pastors of your local church (including house-churches)
A Christian father; provided he is under the oversight of the elders/pastors of his local church, and provided you are “never married & living at home.”
If you have diligently sought a local church, without success, then we accept a de facto church pastor as a ‘good faith’ alternative.
All pastoral endorsements must come from a man who meets the Biblical qualifications of an elder (with exception of Christian fathers. See Titus 1:6-9)
