Bnonn here—project manager at Dominion Dating.
I am both pleased and relieved to let you know that a complex and long-standing task on our project board has been marked off today:
✅ Onboard new developer
As you know, developing the core functionality of our Dominion Dating dashboard has been an ongoing saga—both in terms of getting expertise applied in a timely fashion, and in terms of keeping a clear view of what is under action. This has been largely because we’ve got a bunch of different people with a bunch of different worfklows trying to synchronize a bunch of different processes and policies—essentially one agency trying to plug into another. This has led to a snake-with-two-heads problem.
The snake now has much more clearly defined anatomy, thanks to our new development lead, Kevin VanGelder—a software engineer living in Washington State.
Kevin has over fifteen years of experience building web and mobile applications, and has been blessed to work with many well-known clients like GasBuddy and Microsoft. He is also a Dominion Dating backer; his interest in this project is not merely technical—he wants it to succeed for the same reasons you do.
Kevin will be coordinating development, and working directly with me to ensure tasks are being prioritized and handled effectively.
As per our previous commitment, we are not going to speculate about when the dashboard will be ready to launch. Kevin is currently assessing our security situation, and building out key functionality that has been waiting in the wings for some time. But you can view our public roadmap here, and follow along with where we’re at:

Talk again, hopefully soon.
